Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, RideSafe.now may process account identifiers, profile information, motorcycle details, emergency contacts, saved routes and businesses, ride records, hazard reports, business submissions, support messages, and approximate or precise location when you explicitly permit it in the iPhone app.
How information is used
We use information to provide accounts and requested features, synchronize user-owned data, review public submissions, maintain security, respond to support, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database, and related backend services. Vultr hosts RideSafe.now web and API services. Apple may process Sign in with Apple and App Store information. When enabled, OpenAI processes requests sent to RideSafe Assist. We limit the context sent to AI services and do not place provider API keys in the app or browser.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as needed for the service, security, moderation, legal obligations, and user-requested account functionality. We use access controls, encrypted network connections, row-level database policies, and server-only secrets. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can decline optional permissions, avoid AI features, edit account information, and request access, correction, or deletion through support. Some information may need to be retained for fraud prevention, legal obligations, or legitimate business records.
Contact
Send privacy questions or requests through the RideSafe.now support form. Do not send passwords or sensitive health information.
